Project Manager

The Project Manager must have a strong technical understanding of different Technologies. They must be able to convey capabilities and constraints to clients and Applications Developers.

They will also be responsible for consulting with management and reviewing project proposals to determine goals and time frames. Procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of resources. Developing project plans specifying goals, strategy, staffing, scheduling, identification of risks, contingency plans, and allocation of available resources. Formulating and define technical scope and objectives of project. Identifying and scheduling project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks.

Directing and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget. Establishing standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation. Reviewing status reports prepared by project personnel and modifying schedules and plans as required. Preparing project status reports and keeping management, clients, and others informed of project status and related issues. Conferring with project personnel to provide technical advice and resolve problems.

Coordinating and responding to requests for changes from original specifications. Monitors project results against technical specifications. Developing and maintaining technical and project documentation.

The Project Manager should have at least 2-3 years background in a technical environment and at least 1 year in a position of leading and managing teams.
